This privacy policy applies to the Site, the app, and all products and services offered under The Leadersphere brand.

The Leadersphere is a brand of ABM Alliance Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12531955, with its registered office at Jubilee Hall, Jubilee Place, Redcliffe, Bristol, BS1 6PE.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, apply for membership, register on our platform or app, fill out a form, register for a Sphere meet-up, dinner or flagship event, or contact us. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, job title, company name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Membership applications may also involve a review process, which may include information provided by the applicant or, where relevant, a referring member.
Once a member, Users may also provide information through their profile, the relationships and connections recorded in their Relationship Map, and their use of mentoring, education and platform features. Users may visit our public Site anonymously, but membership and platform features require an account.
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site, platform or membership related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site or app. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer or device and technical information about Users' means of connection, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider utilised, and other similar information.

We use your information to power the community platform, including connecting you with other members through the Relationship Map, and supporting the introductions and conversations you choose to make.
To organise meet-ups, dinners and events
Where you register for a Sphere meet-up, dinner or flagship event, whether organised by us or by fellow members with our facilitation, we use your information to manage that registration and communicate essential details.
To provide mentoring, education and development
Where you take part in mentoring, CPD certified courses, or other development features, we use your information to match and coordinate these services appropriately.
To improve our Site, app and services
We continually strive to improve our offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
To send periodic emails
The email address a User provides when applying for membership, registering for an event, requesting information, or contacting us will only be used to send information and updates relevant to that application, event, or enquiry, and to respond to questions or requests. If a User opts in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include community news, event invitations, insights and related service information. Users may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions at the bottom of each email, or by contacting us via our Site.
How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including reviewing membership, delivering the platform and events, maintaining the community, and complying with our legal obligations. Where mentoring, education or Sphere events involve a third party, such as a matched mentor or invited speaker, we may share relevant details as necessary to deliver that service. We may also share generic, aggregated demographic information, not linked to any individual, for the purposes outlined above. We may use third-party service providers to help us operate our business, Site, app or platform, or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending newsletters, managing event registrations, or managing cookie consent.
