Across thousands of executive-focused events, we have spent six years in rooms with senior leaders, and most of that time, building the relationships that come afterwards.
What we have heard consistently from leaders is the same thing: inside their own function, they have a strong network, but few beyond it to offer a genuinely different perspective without an agenda. Having built these relationships across numerous industries and earned leaders’ trust, we are now in a position to build something permanent for the leadership community: The Leadersphere.

Gabriel and Jack Co-founded ABM Alliance, and have spent the last six years convening senior leaders across the UK and US, from summits in Dallas and London to private dinners in Mayfair, Amsterdam and New York.
